Ruth has been an RN since 1979, and was certified in 1988 by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examineers. Adria was a biologist before becoming a doula in 1991 and La Leche League Leader in 1996. She now specializes in breastfeeding support and is also anIBLCE.
