Birth is a beautiful, natural process. Having a healthy labor and delivery is essential for the neurological maturation of your baby. As the baby passes through the birth canal, many primitive reflexes are established that define a pattern of neurological milestones throughout the first year of life (sucking, sitting, crawling, walking). Chiropractic care promotes the success of a healthy pregnancy, labor, and delivery by ensuring balance within the musculoskeletal system of the expectant mother.

I have been practicing chiropractic since October of 2000. Discover Family Chiropractic is a family-focused chiropractic clinic. I have focused my post-doctoral education on prenatal and pediatric chiropractic. I have extensive knowledge regarding fertility, optimal fetal positioning, breastfeeding, and many other healthcare concerns.

Services Offered

I provide family chiropractic care, treating infants through adults. I am certified in pediatric chiropractic and the Webster Technique. The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic evaluation and adjustment which allows a breech baby the freedom to turn by reducing intra-uterine constraint. Common ailments associated with pregnancy such as sciatica, low back pain, headaches, heartburn, etc. respond very well to chiropractic adjustments. I also care for babies who are experiencing symptoms of spinal misalignment. These conditions include persistent head tilt or rotation, difficulty nursing, digestive upset, colic and more.
