Babies should be welcomed into this world with love and the right amount of support from those around them. As a doula, I believe it is my responsibility to provide mama and family the support they need to welcome their new little one into this world. I have completed the DONA International, Inc. training and am currently working on obtaining my certificate. With this training, in addition to many readings and hands on experience I can assure to laboring women a variety of options to help them throughout their labor experience. I have been trained to use a variety of positions, massage techniques, visualizations, chants, tools (such as birthing ball) along with being educated to talk you through your labor, birth and postpartum.

Education/ Experience

Since my DONA birth doula training I have had the opportunity to assist with 2 births, partake in my own home birth and help out many mamas with prenatal and postpartum care. I am particularly drawn to nurturing and empowering mamas to make healthy decisions for themselves, to be happy and confident with their new little person
