Hatchlings Doula and Childbirth Education

My philosophy as a doula and educator is to support the normal, physiological processes of birth and breastfeeding, be a source of evidence-based information, and provide physical and emotional support throughout the birth process. My foremost concern is to help my clients have positive and informed experiences, and help connect them with the community resources they desire.

My desire to be a doula and childbirth educator comes from my interest in women’s health and my passion for advocacy and empowerment born from working with immigrant women and survivors of domestic violence. I believe in your ability to make healthy decisions for yourself and your child, and will work to support you in the ways you desire.
