Dawn Davis Dawn Davis

Being a doula means that I am privileged to serve you and your family. This is what I was called to do. Beyond being a wife and mother of four, there is nothing I enjoy more than to come alongside a mom-to-be, hold her hand and give her all the support and encouragement she deserves. I’m also excited to work with her partner to ensure that her partner feels comfortable, supported and a big part of this experience as well.

I’m here to serve you, educate you and advocate for you. My goal is to help you feel empowered throughout your labor and birth. The birth of your baby is an experience that will be cherished forever. I would be honored to walk with you and your family through this beautiful birth.

Services / Skills

I will meet two times prenatally with you and your partner to help you individualize your birth plan, educate you about labor, birth and your postpartum time and gain an understanding of what your desires and needs are. We will practice different relaxation and comfort techniques as well as positions for labor, birthing and breastfeeding. I will provide support during all stages of the birthing process through massage, encouragement, and suggestions for comfort and progress. I will be available through phone and email 24/7 for even more support. I am excited to provide a written birth story of your joyous experience. After your baby’s birth, during your postpartum period, I am available for breastfeeding support, sibling and infant care and other support you might need at that time.
